In Reality, everything is outstanding ,specially the staff ,they are proactive, exploring every opportunity to serve you & excellence in communications , specially the Customer Relation, it is the first time to meet staff who have this min-setup, as-if they are part of the family thinking of All the family needs,and provided us with much proposals about the location to visit and the best time to be there and back. Thank You Ms Awatif & her colleague Ms Filise.

Location, staff, sea view, breakfast were fantastic. The best might be in Trabzon :) TBH, never stayed in any hotel in Trabzon, but this hotel was above my expectations, especially after staying one night in one of the hotels at uzungol area. During reception, there were some misunderstanding about the price, but hotel staff sorted this easily and charged exactly what I booked.

Location is perfect. You can easily access and enjoy the black sea beach at the back of the hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and always wearing their sweet smiles. It's so refreshing to have a wonderful view of the black sea while enjoying the breakfast. The housekeeper of our room "Jasmine" is so nice and friendly and did a very good job in cleaning our room.

Breakfast was so great ands delicious and have a lot of varieties, really valuable. I like my experience there, all the stuff was helpful and hospitality was great. Housekeeping is very professional, reception stuff are very helpful. Overall, it was really great experience and defiantly will repeat it again. Thank you double tree
